●ADORE Coaching Winter Camp 2005-2
2005年度の新企画ADORE Coaching Winter Camp 2005が開催されました。当初、2月19日（土）に第一回が予定されていましたが、雪のため中止となってしまいました。そのため、本日、2005年3月5日（土）が初日となりました。
ADORE Coaching Winter Campは、2005年から新しく始まったイベントです。今までは、クラブメンバーの交流を目的とした全体練習と、シーズン中にチームとしてのスキルアップを目指す技術練習があったのですが、オフシーズンにチームの都合にとらわれず、新しいチャレンジのできるコーチングをやろう。というコンセプトのもと、企画したのが本企画です。
新シーズンに向けて、新しいショットや、球種を覚えて、今の役割をパワーアップさせるもよし、バッツマンがボーラーへ、ボーラーがバッツマンへ転向するのもよし。と、クリケットのスキルを伸ばすことを目的としたイベントです。
普段の練習と違い、コーチ陣はしっかりと個々人のスキルを見て、個別に指導を行います。そのため、レベルによってコースも分けています。2005年の実施レベルは、
－基礎編
－ボーリング編
－バッティング編
の3コースとしました。
当日は、前日からの雪の都合もあり東名下での実施となりました。
基礎編では、いまさらですが、各スキルの基本動作。動作の意味など、知識的な部分の内容をしっかりと説明し、そのひとつひとつをしっかりと見つめなおすことを目標に進めました。フィールディング40分、ボーリング40分、バッティング40分とどの分野も同じ割合で進めました。
ボーリング編・バッティング編は、1回目ということもあり、まずは、個々人のスキル把握を目的に行いました。
ボーリング編は、各自のフォームの成熟度、普段のボーリングスタイルなどの把握を行いました。基本的なフォームをしっかりと理解して、きちっとできていないと、いくら投げ込んでもうまくならないことを説明して、フォームの大事さを認識してもらい、本コーチングで、フォームの習得をきっちりとできるように、目標設定をしました。
バッティング編では、ドライブを中心にみました。各人のラインの見極め方、ボールへの近づき方、ドライブ自体のフォームを把握し、今後のコーチングへの材料としました。ラインやフォームは比較的よかったのですが、ボールに対するより方が、やっぱり、難しいようで、ここらへんを重点的に教えていく必要性があるのでは。と感じました。
このように、ACWCでは、個々人のスキルに合わせたトレーニングを進めていきます。また、技術習得を目的とするため、反復練習が多く体力的にもきつい部分があるかと思いますが、参加者のみなさんはめげずについてきてくださいね！新シーズンでは、コーチング受けてよかったぁ。と感じれる成果が出ると思いますので！

ああいう質の高い練習を繰り返せれば確実にレベルは上がりますね。
個人的には反復練習と最後の投げ打ちが楽しかったです。
アドレの両エースボーラー＆女子エースをフェースするのはプレッシャーがかかってとても良い感じ ：D

Appreciate this post OP, however, I would very a lot appreciate it in situation you could embed a related video clip and also for some reason when i open this web page in Chrome, it appears not the same as although i do it with Opera.
