●Chappell怒った
クリケット用具の通販サイトでお馴染みの現インドコーチ、Greg Chappellが観客に向かって中指を立てたとの報道がありました。
ニュースではChappellが中指を立てていると思われる動画が放送され、コルカタでのODI前に撮影されたものと思われています。
この件に関して、Chappellは：
”このようなジェスチャーをした覚えは無い、自分のしたこと全てを覚えてはいないが、観客に対しては絶対無い”
”その手が他人のものと言っているわけではない。しかし悪意に満ちた報道であることは間違い無い”
とコメント。
その後チーム広報は：
”彼は守備練習中に指を怪我しており、それをチームフィジオに見せた時撮られたものと推測します”
と、ちぐはぐな見解が出されています。
ある意味とてもChappellぽいニュースですね。
