●Chappell辞任
ワールドカップ予選で敗退したインド代表コーチ、Greg Chappellがコーチを辞任することを発表しました。
発表はインドクリケット協会のミーティング前にされ、あらかじめ決まっていたかのごとく、即時に承認されました。
記者会見でChappellは：
”チームのためには業務的に整然とした付き合い方をしなければならないということを、教えてくれた選手達に感謝したい”
という捨て台詞を残して去っていきました。
予想通りChappell対インド代表＝エゴ対エゴだったようですね。
やはりJohn Wrightのようなコーチが一番合っていると思われますが、次のコーチはインド・パキスタン共に自国民になる可能性が高そうです。
